At Arkiton we have built up a trusted professional team of site managers and professional trades, from carpenters and joiners to plasterers and decorators. Each with a breadth of experience within their respected fields. Our project managers are responsible for the timely completion of each project within agreed budgets and pre-allocated time frames. We only undertake a limited number of projects at any one time, this ensures we can maintain our standards of quality. Typically, we provide a complete design and build package but we can also work from pre-designed plans and drawings directly from home owners or developers when required.
Our environmentally friendly tactics and plans are always incorporated into every home we are commissioned to construct. As a result, we pay close attention to what is going on in the area, the neighborhood's style, the colors, and how we can blend in better. We aim to guarantee that our development blends with the surroundings and offers more distinct features.
Responsible design is essential. To achieve this, Arkiton uses recycled materials and responsibly sourced items in all of its competence areas. Our attitude of responsible design includes research into passive ways for comfort, thermal regulation and shading, and ventilation. Many of the our projects have received applicable environmental certification.
We specialise in providing a turn key service to fit out new and existing commercial premises, including shops and office spaces. We manage the full process and a design service is available in addition to the practical fit out if required to enhance the space. Arkiton is also able to act as a subcontractor on a case-by-case basis.
We use our expertise to create your new kitchen by customizing it with modern and cutting-edge appliances, washbasins, and kitchen counters, among other things. Lighting, floor tiles, paint, and foundations are all available from us.
